A health ministry worker washes his hands over the body of a cholera victim after sanitizing it with a chlorine solution and preparing it for transport to a mass grave outside the city. About a week after the cholera outbreak hit the capital. Ministry of Health workers began scouring the city and surrounding suburbs, picking up the bodies of cholera victims from hospitals, private homes and off the streets and delivering them to a mass grave less than a mile from the site where thousands of earthquake victims had been buried ten months before.
