"THE CHAIN GANG, POLITICS AND PUNISHMENT"
Lorena Avila orders one of the inmates to return into her cell to be locked up. This ward hold the inmates that are under lock and key 22 hours per day. The only way back to general population is to sit the entire extra time as an isolated inmate - or be a part of the Chain Gang.
