Exide Technologies in Frisco, a suburb of Dallas, was photographed from a helicopter Wednesday evening, November 28, 2012. Two days later, the plant closed for good, but now comes the cleanup, which is estimated to take 12 to 18 months. Residents fear the worst and wonder if their future will parrallel what happened with the old smelter in West Dallas.
