"Deb and her Mother"
Willamenia, right is 56 years old,
her daughter Deborah is 38. Both women were born and have lived their entire
lives in Troy, New York Neither have ever been more than 100 miles from their
homes. Deb's mom was a single parent and raised her kids on factory wages.
Deborah works in house keeping at the Marriot. the factory where deb's mom
used to work has been closed since Deb entered the workforce.
