"D'Anthony's First Birthday"
Kayla and Sabrina have
been a couple since the girls were 12 years old and Sabrina moved from The
Bronx to the apartment next door to Kayla. Sabrina's father has been in
prison in Upstate, New York all of Sabrina's life and her family moved to
Troy to be closer to him. When Kayla became pregnant with Sabrina's cousin's
baby ( the cousin was also a transplant form the Bronx and whose father is
serving time in an Upstate prison) Sabrina comitted to taking the role of the
baby's father. Sabrina said that she would not want the baby to grow up with
out a father figure as she had.
