"EXTREME RACE FOR MEN"
Danish women's magazines host numerous running events, and to provide some contrast, a track and field club in Fredensborg has invented a 12K, male-only, rough and dirty cross-country race. The runners have to overcome numerous hurdles, including challenging mud holes and streams.
The approximately 2,500 participants got an especially wet welcome this year due to heavy rainfall in the weeks before the race.
