With little access to sanitary facilities, most Afghan migrants try to clean themselves in the sewage from a nearby factory. But the dirty water makes their skin itch, and it is unclear whether it is contaminated and if so, how much. One charity organization offers free showers to the migrants, but there are not enough resources to help all of them.
