Julio Almeida, 8, works on his homework with his Mother while the newborn sleeps soundly. Julio lives at a boarding school, where there is water and electricity, during the week because his Mother is too poor to provide basic standards of living for her children and has no other option but to have them co-raised in the boarding schools.
