After being confined to a wheelchair his whole life,
19-year-old Jose Lugo, realizes his dream as he
walks with crutches across the Milwaukee Hamilton High auditorium floor with
the help of physical therapist David Passinault to receive his high school
diploma Tuesday, June 15, 2004. Jose's twin brother Steven also successfully
made it across the auditorium floor with the aid of a walker to receive his
diploma.
