As Tuokou hydroelectric power station impounded, the water level of the low stream of Yuan River began to drop. On the night of Feb 14, 2014, Master Shi Guoping from Dragon King Temple of Qiancheng Ancient Town of Hongjiang City led lay Buddhist to light and release river lamp in pray for Buddha to bless people along Yuan River with a peaceful and auspicious life.
