"Lost Dreams in Tuokou"
Tuokou Ancient Town, Hongjiang City, Hunan Province is a honored as "Small Nanjing in Hunan" due to the wide Yuan River where Qingshui River joins with Qushui and the prosperous scene of "nine streets and eighteen lanes, one wharf for each lane" as the distributing centre of materials like timbers and Tung Oil since Ming and Qing Dynasties. There were over 300 ancient buildings including shops, luxury courtyards and ancestral halls in Tuokou Town.
