"Lost Dreams in Tuokou"
Tuokou new town is located on the slope 3km south to the old town, covering a total area of 3.5 square kilometers. In November 2013, seeing from the top of Baiwu Mountain, we can see the full view of Tuokou town: the new town had almost been finished, and the old town by Yuan River almost demolished, the main dam built in armored concrete was waiting to be impounded.
