"Timothy Unraveled"
After filling out an application, Timothy waits to speak with manager Bruce Garett at Racines Restaurant. He is eager to find a job of any kind, but really wants a career. After high school, Timothy went to culinary school for a year and got a job at one of the city's most-respected restaurants. But it didn't last, probably because Timothy told professional chefs how to cook, said his grandmother. He was unable to filter his thoughts before he spoke them.
