Damascus, Syria - Oct. 07, 2013: People line up at a Syrian government-run bread bakery in the Old City. Khaldoon Quyed, the bakery's manager said they have five times the customers than they did a year ago due to the thousands of displaced people who come to the bakery. They are open 24 hours a day and charge 15 Syrian Pounds for 8 pieces of bread. Normal bakeries charge around 150 Syrian Pounds for 8 pieces of bread.
