"The Circus Kids of Kabul"

Although the school does not select students from specific social groups, it is primarily former refugees and poor children who use the school. Many of the children live in old and damaged houses in the school's neighbourhood. For the children the school becomes like their second home. At home the kids often share little space with many people. The school provides a space where children can be kids for a while - a room to play and put their worries away. Faisal is 13 years old. He lives at home with his parents and seven siblings.
