300 prisoners live in block No. 4 in Pademba. Only those with money as the four Colombian drug traffickers have an individual cell. The rest are crowded and many sleep on the floor. Juveniles suffer violence, abuse, physical punishment, sexual explotation, forced prostitution, rackets and gangs.
