Davey Trotter, 3, left, welcomes Judson Trotter, 8, to the room they will share upon Judson's arrival at their home in San Antonio after arriving from Haiti on August, 2, 2010. Judson was supposed to arrive with his adopted sisters in March but his paperwork was overlooked in the final approval process. HCRM believes him to be one of the last children allowed to leave Haiti on Humanitarian Parole.
