Hector, age 45, weighed close to 600 pounds at the time but has already lost 60 lbs. with healthier eating and exercise. His weight and damaged knees make it almost impossible to leave his home but he's determined to lose 300 lbs so he can have the surgery to repair his knees and get his life back. Overweight since he was a child, he wants people to learn from his mistakes and the "prison" he put himself in.
