It's 3.30 am on the last and decisive meeting with the United Nations delegates from around the world. This is the last meeting if any binding climate deal was too be agreed upon in Copenhagen. But it failed.
President of the COP15, Lars Løkke Rasmussen, was later criticized for poor leadership, and for statements such as "Sorry, but I do not know your rules" when he proposed a voting, although, according to UN rules a binding climate deal requires unanimity among the delegates.
