Feeling bored and also curious,
Cynthia, 7 (L) and Eloisa, 10, peak outside their
home on a rainy day. The children are used to staying indoors for
hours on end due to their parents' long work days, and because they haven't
the money to go out. In general, they are wary of visitors, since state child
protection agencies have made numerous surprise visits to their home in
Florida and in Texas, eager to monitor the children's' living conditions.
