"Struggling to Rebuild - Afghanistan"

A patient at the Marastoon Mental Hospital in the Afshar area of Kabul, Afghanistan. Other than some financial assistance from the ICRC little other funding is available for the twenty women in the only metal hospital in Kabul. Nearly all the women are suffering from the effects of war, especially from the time of the Mujahadeen war in 1992.
