Men going into trance state when praying to Allah inside a cave at the Hazrat-i-Khawja Abdullah Ansary Shrine in Heat, Afghanistan. During the rein of the Taliban, the strict form of Islam imposed forbid the practice of Sufism and was practiced underground by a few followers. Now with new religious freedoms, Sufism is growing in popularity throughout remote areas in Herat.
