Family and neighbors spend time outside Nancy Conchos' apartment in Village East Apartments in the Eastside Promise Neighborhood on Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Conchos' family was relocated to Village East Apartments from the original Sutton Homes apartments when the renovation of the public housing complex began. They are waiting for the construction of the four bedroom apartments at The Park at Sutton Oaks to be complete so they can move back.
