A swing sits empty in a dried out lot where a family, having run out of water, packed up their mobile home and moved. Many people are abandoning their homes in East Porterville where well after well is going dry, a result of the drought. It may be the hardest hit community in the state. Donna Johnson realized that East Porterville was in big trouble when well after well in the parched town began to go dry, victims of California's severe drought. She decided to do something and now is busy each and every day delivering water to the town's population.
