The drought is severely effecting the small Central Valley town of Terra Bella. Residents have no access to ground water nor aqueduct water. The drought could be the final blow for the embattled town. A small flea market takes place on a dirt lot near the town's center 4 days a week. Many of the town's stores have shut down but a Family Dollar stow has recently opened.
