"Hidden Wounds (Scars from Waziristan)"
Rawalpindi, Pakistan, June 2011: Muhammed Fahem, 18 years old sudent in public school. On Jan 23rd 2009 his hous was striken by two drone attacks. It was 5:15 pm and his cousin of 23 years old and two uncles of 32 and 56 years old died in the attack. He was about 10 meters far from the strike (25 feets). He was severly injured at his stomach and a piece of shell penetrated through his ribbs damaging his lungs. He also lost his left eye. He had emergency surgery to his stomach and was between life and death for about 45 days. He left the hospital after 70 days. His family is still paying back for the loans they received from their neighbors in order to pay the hospital bills.
