"The Price of Precious"
A young miner (name withheld) about 14-15 years old (he did not know) works with other miners in the mining town of Pluto in Ituri Province to extract rock and sand from a large pit which has taken over a year to excavate. Children are often used in the mines as they can crawl into the smaller holes to extract the ore. Many are killed in mine collapses every year. Taken 13th March 2013
