"THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US"
He is shaky tonight, walking around with his right foot curling beneath him. He limps to the toilet, and unable to stand and keep his balance while urinating, he kneels down. I make a couple of pictures and he hears the click of my shutter, so I start clicking away, fast, and chuckle a little, to see if he will laugh. He does, and so it's sad, but we're trying hard not to be.
