"FUKUSHIMA: TAKING BACK A NUCLEAR NO-MAN'S LAND"
Standing on a hot spot, in a garden in front of a Iitate-mura house, on a road that has already been decontaminated. Residents may return to their homes but are not allowed to live in the village due to high levels of radiation, those this elderly man, seen out of focus in the center of the frame, is the only resident on this block in defiance of the order. Iitate-mura, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan.
