"FUKUSHIMA: TAKING BACK A NUCLEAR NO-MAN'S LAND"
Earthquake damage is still evident on the deserted main street of Odaka, which was inside the Fukushima nuclear no-entry zone until April 2012. Now the town is open for public access but residents are not permitted to live in the city because many districts lack running water and sewage. Farming is not permitted either. One of the biggest challenges will be to attract employers to return to the town, only a few have. Odaka Village, Minami-Soma, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan.
