EMT responds to the scene of the murder of two individuals, a man and a pregnant woman in the Morelos Tres colonia in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico on May 4, 2010. Both were declared dead on the scene. Their heads touching in an embrace, the bullet entered the man's skull, exiting the woman's, and taking all three lives.
