FARDC soldiers shelter from the rain after a night of battles on the front line between CNDP and Government forces. Government soldiers often travel with their families and their first reaction when a town is attacked is to protect their wives and children. The leaves the town inadequately protected and this has led to positions falling to rebel forces.
