"What Dad Does" Shawn Salzman watches as two of her children, Dylan,
left, and Katie, play by her feet outside their home. Steve Salzman, the
father, has been working six months out of the year in Wamsutter for the past
three years. He owns a logging business in Idaho and provides trucking
services for the gas business companies in town. The Salzman family spends
half of the year living in Wamsutter and half of the year at their home in
Idaho. The family says that their hometown is much more beautiful and a
better place to live than Wamsutter.
