An emotional Henry Jones, 58, reflects on the past
year on the Claiborne Avenue Bridge after a wreath laying ceremony in the
Lower Ninth Ward on the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in New
Orleans Tuesday morning. Jones' home and his place of business were
destroyed in the Lower Ninth Ward during Hurricane Katrina.
