"Haircut"
Justin Cooper, 6, gets a haircut from Zachary Hopkins, a retired Marine, at Black Market Expo, a block party which featured a health and job fair and a peace rally along with children's activities on March 26, 2016. The event was created by community organizer Andre Underwood and other concerned community activists following a wave of violence on the Eastside in San Antonio.
