Orozco's family ran out of water months ago and her mother lost her job picking grapes because much of the crop is failing due to lack of rains. Donna Johnson realized that East Porterville was in big trouble when well after well in the parched town began to go dry, victims of California's severe drought. She decided to do something and now is busy each and every day delivering water to the town's population.
