January 22, 2014 - Cory Welch, a lifelong resident of Parkin, holds Molly, a dog he is training at his house in Parkin, AR. Welch has built a dog kennel and is starting his business, Welch Dog Training, in the spring where he will help people train their dogs to behave, socialize and protect.
