March 04, 2014- A family carefully makes their way across a frozen parking lot after getting McDonalds after a large ice and snow storm hit the area. Truckers and commuters crawled along Interstate 40 after a combination of ice and wrecks led to standstill traffic on Interstate 40 and Interstate 55 in Arkansas.
