Members of "The President's Own" United States Marine Band disembark a bus after they arrived at Congressional Cemetery as they celebrate the anniversary of John Philip Sousa's birthday on Wednesday November 06, 2013 in Washington, DC.  Sousa, a former leader of the United States Marine Band is buried at the cemetery.  The band played some of Sousa's music including "Stars and Stripes Forever."
