"Low times on the high plains"

Tim Stutzman, owner of the livestock exchange, said he is seeing record numbers of ranchers selling off cattle this year. "We are flooded with drought cattle," he said. The pasture land is so dry that ranchers can't afford to feed the cattle and are forced to sell them off.
