"VICTIMS OF OPERATION CAST LEAD"
Mohammed Sharif Abu Daqqa, 54, is seen in his home in Khan Younis, Gaza, Palestine in 2012. On January 14th, 2009 he was going by motorcycle to check on his chicken shop when he was hit by two rockets. He immediately lost his right leg and as he was burning all over his body and recovered in Egypt for 4 months. He suffered third degree burns on his right arm and back and because of the shrapnel wounds, and doctors had to remove parts of his stomach and a portion of his liver. He stopped going to his shop, which is now run by an employee.
