Susan Randazzo, a family friend of Eugene Contrubis, peers into the front door of his home at 162 Kiswick after leaving flowers in the mailbox. Eugene Contrubis drowned as water rushed into his home. Residents of Staten Island goes through their destroyed homes 5 days after Hurricane Sandy devastated large parts of the borough.
