Louisa Santiago, 24, left, stands with her oxygen tank during her parents 50-year-wedding anniversary. Santiago was born with cystic fibrosis, which affects the lungs and often kills people before they reach their thirties. Her family lives right next to a trash incinerator. She has to be on oxygen often and has a restricted lifestyle, where her mother keeps her in the house, but on this day she is able to stay out because of the celebration.
