Chad Perillard shakes out a rug after sweeping and mopping the floors at Joe's Diner in East Naples, a part-time job that paid him $20 for an hour's worth of work, but began at 5 a.m. Perillard stuck with the job every morning for a month before saying he needed to focus on other opportunities.
