Chad Perillard performs yardwork for Lourdes Ramann, who saw Perillard and his family panhandling on the side of the road. "I couldn't let someone else's child that I could visibly see go hungry," Ramann said. Perillard was able to get enough odd jobs through panhandling to afford gas for their truck.
