Jacques Frantz Cesar, 25, left, from the first ever Haiti National Amputee Soccer Team, playfully honks the nose of the head coach Andre Pacombe while waiting for word on the team's passport paperwork near the Haitian Embassy Oct. 1, 2010 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. After a few hours the team went home in disappointment, discovering that the necessary official who needed to sign their papers was not in the office that day. Eventually all of the team members were able to get all of the necessary paperwork which enabled them to travel first to the United States for special training and then on to the Amputee World Cup in Argentina.
