And they never miss any opportunity to gather together to appreciate and celebrate their precious vehicles, and to treat themselves to a (sometimes guilty) pleasure of driving. Streets, highways, parking lots, ramps, and even indoor spaces - any place can become a racing ground for a more or less spontaneous event.

Laguna de Sayula is a dried-up salt lake in the municipality of Zacoalco de Torres in Jalisco in central-western Mexico, about 60 km from Guadalajara. The even, hard surface of the salt flats made it an ideal place for car speeding, thus attracting the local community of auto enthusiasts and racers.
