Gangs and Narcos have driven the city in to complete anarchy as the war on drugs order by Mexico's President Felipe Calderón has blown to a stunning downfall with over 5600 murders across the country. The border city of Juárez (population: 1.5 million) is a slaughterhouse ruled by drug lords with over 1600 murders.
