Frustration shows in the body language of Dani as she moves around the speech therapy room, flailing and flinging her body into a crying fit. Dani's attention span wanes easily, and her speech language pathologist Leslie Goldenberg said she feels like they've accomplished something if she can keep Dani interested and occupied for at least a half hour of their hour-long lessons, which is about 20 minutes longer than they started at the beginning of the school year.
