Richard C. Jumpp is busier then he has ever been and will often lead multiple auctions in a day. Typically. no buyers will show up or the minimum price is not met and the bank is left owning the foreclosed property. Rather than let the property go for less than the mortgage, banks seem prepared to wait out the market with the hopes of getting a better price.
